How listings on SurgiFacts.com work, what they mean, and how to correct or remove a listing.

SurgiFacts.com is an independent information and discovery platform for the medical instrument industry. It lists surgical instrument manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and exporters, instruments and products, medical exhibitions and Medical AI companies, and links visitors to the official websites of the businesses and organizers concerned.
Listings come from our own research of official sources and from submissions sent through the Get Listed form. Every submission is reviewed before publication, and nothing is published automatically. We check details against the official website and other official sources, and may decline information we cannot verify or that is outside the scope of the platform.
Product categories, medical specialties and capability claims (for example certifications or OEM services) appear on a company profile only after we have confirmed them against a source. Exhibition dates and venues are checked against the organizer’s official information. Medical AI company roles and regulatory status are shown only as stated in official sources.
We show company logos and exhibition logos to identify the businesses and events concerned. Product images are shown only when they are licensed, in the public domain or sent to us by someone who confirms that they own the images or are authorized by the rights holder. To add or replace product images, use the image submission form. Submitted images stay private until reviewed.
Basic company listings are free. Paid options, such as a featured listing in the directory, a homepage placement, a featured product on instrument category pages or a sponsored banner, can be requested through the paid listing inquiry form. They are agreed separately in writing before they start, and no payment is taken on this website. Paid placements are labelled as featured or sponsored and are time-limited. They are not endorsements, they do not make a listing verified or certified, and they never change a profile’s verification status or the information we publish about a company. Requesting a paid placement does not guarantee that it will be offered.
If a detail in a listing is wrong, tell us what should change and, if possible, link to the official page that shows the correct information.
A business can ask for its company listing or a product listing to be removed. Please send a removal request with the company name and the address of the listing on SurgiFacts.com. We confirm the request with you by email before removing anything, and let you know when the listing has been removed.
