It is compiled from public sources, mainly official company, organizer and regulator websites, and checked on the date shown where available.

Directory information and checked details

Most directory information is compiled from public sources and summarized in our own words. It is not independently verified unless a page says so, and then only in the limited sense described on the How Verification Works page:

• A profile status such as “Source verified” means that specific details were compared with the company’s official website on the date shown. It does not mean that we inspected the company, its products or its documents.
• Product categories, medical specialties and capability claims (for example OEM services, export markets or certifications) are shown on a company profile only after an editor has confirmed them against a source. A confirmed claim reflects what that source stated at the time of the check.
• Certifications, registrations and regulatory statuses are shown as stated by the company or an official source. We do not audit them and they may have expired or changed since.
• Information sent to us by companies is reviewed before publication, but the company remains responsible for its accuracy.

Verify before you rely on it

Always verify information independently before any business, purchasing, clinical or regulatory decision. Confirm product availability, specifications, prices, certifications, regulatory approvals and capabilities directly with the company. Confirm exhibition dates and venues with the official organizer, and regulatory requirements with the competent authority or a qualified adviser.

A listing does not mean that SurgiFacts.com endorses, recommends, certifies or verifies a company, product or event, unless a profile states a verification status, and then only as described on the verification page. Featured and sponsored placements are paid visibility and are labelled as such. They are not endorsements, and paying for a placement does not make a listing verified or change what we check or publish.
