Availability depends on the placement and period. Every paid placement is labelled, time-limited and agreed in writing before it starts. Visibility inside SurgiFacts.com does not affect Google or other search engines.
Every company follows the same listing criteria. A paid listing adds visibility; it does not change how a company is reviewed.
| Feature | Standard listing | Paid listing |
|---|---|---|
| Company profile with business information | Basic profile, subject to the listing criteria and review | Same profile, subject to the same criteria and review |
| Official website link | Included | Included |
| Position in the directory | Standard ordering and filtering | Extra visibility in the placements purchased (for example a labelled block above results) |
| Presentation | Standard card and profile | More prominent presentation where supported, such as a Featured or Sponsored label |
| Promotional exposure | – | For the agreed placement and duration only |
| Other enhancements | – | Only where available, confirmed in writing before booking |
| Verification status | Not changed by listing | Not changed by payment |
Payment does not mean that a company is certified or independently verified, and it does not guarantee rankings, traffic, inquiries or sales. Paid placements are labelled.
